LDR PW 1000 is a mineral wool sandwich paneldesigned for both horizontal and verticalinstallation on exterior facades,compartmentalization, and interior partitions,primarily within industrial structures.

The panel features a discernible joint (male-female) and is produced in accordance with EN. 14509 and engineered for the most rigorousapplications concerning acoustics and firesafety.

Composition
Insulation Core

Mineral wool, configured as lamellas andoriented perpendicularly to the panel surfaces,enhances its mechanical properties.

Metal characteristics
Galvanized and pre-coated sheet metal, offeredin a diverse range of thicknesses and finishes.The lower plate features micro-perforationsthat facilitate sound transmission,subsequently absorbed by the rock wool. Theplates undergo hot-dip galvanization incompliance with EN 10346, while the organiccoatings adhere to EN 10169 standards.
