Application:
Wave Panel for external façades. It could be installed vertically or horizontally.
Its concealed fixing system provides a clean, aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Material:
Metal facing:
Laminated steel (EN 508; EN 10143), galvanized (EN 10346) and pre-painted (EN 10169)
Note: Sheet thickness subject to confirmation.

Coating:
- Standard: Primer 5 µm + polyester paint 20 µm
- For special applications(1): PVDF, HDX.

  • Average density: 40 kg/m³ ±10%
  • Thermal conductivity λ= 0.025 W/m.K
  • CFC-free foam

- Mechanical properties:
 Adhesion (tensile strength on substrate) > 0.018 MPa
 Compressive strength at 10% deformation > 0.100 MPa
