Consumer rights


361 Metal is governed in accordance with current national and European legislation, guaranteeing the rights of consumers provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th, with the changes introduced by Law No. 47/2014, of July 28th, and by Directive (EU) 2019/2161, ensuring a transparent, fair and safe relationship with our customers.


1. Right to Information

361 Metal is committed to providing clear, objective and accessible information about its products and services, including:  
- Essential characteristics of the products;  
- Total price, including fees and charges;  
- Delivery conditions and deadlines;  
- Warranty and after-sales assistance policy.


2. Right to Free Resolution

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract without needing to indicate a reason, within 14 consecutive days after receipt of the product, as provided for in Decree-Law no. 24/2014. To exercise this right, the consumer must:  
1. Inform 361 Metal via email or telephone available on the website;  
2. Return the product in its original sales conditions;  
3. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.  

Note: the right of free resolution may not be applicable to personalized or custom-made products, according to exceptions provided for in current legislation.


3. Right to Product Warranty

The products sold by 361 Metal are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18th. In case of defect or non-conformity, the consumer has the right to:  
- Repair or replacement of the product, without additional charges;  
- Price reduction;  
- Termination of the contract in serious situations of non-compliance.  

To activate the guarantee, the consumer must present the purchase invoice and contact customer service.


4. Right to Personal Data Protection

361 Metal respects and protects the privacy of its customers, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679). The data collected is used only for commercial purposes and will never be shared with third parties without due consent.

5. Right to Complain

Consumers have the right to submit complaints regarding 361 Metal products or services through the following means:  
- Electronic Complaints Book available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt;  
- Direct contact with our Customer Service via email or telephone;  
- In person, at our headquarters or delegations.  

361 Metal is committed to resolving all complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
