Application:
Isothermal Panel designed for exterior wall cladding. It can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
Its concealed fixing system provides a clean, aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Material:
Metal facing:
Laminated steel (EN 508; EN 10143), galvanized (EN 10346) and pre-painted (EN 10169)
Note: Sheet thickness subject to confirmation. For panels with a smooth surface, a minimum thickness of 0.6 mm is required.

Coating:
- Standard: Primer 5 µm + polyester paint 20 µm
- For special applications⁽¹⁾: PVDF, HDX.
- Exterior and interior sheet coating colour available upon request.

Core insulation:
- Rigid polyurethane foam – PUR B3, no fire reaction class (PND) ⁽²⁾
- Rigid polyurethane foam – PUR B2, fire reaction class B s2 d0 ⁽³⁾
- Rigid polyisocyanurate foam – PIR, fire reaction class B s1 d0 ⁽³⁾

• Average density: 40 kg/m³ ±10%
• Thermal conductivity λ= 0.025 W/m.K
• CFC-free foam

- Mechanical properties:
 Adhesion (tensile strength on substrate) > 0.018 MPa
 Compressive strength at 10% deformation > 0.100 MPa

According to EN 14509

New:
The new socket joint for arquitectural panel PFA 1000 and panel PFA 600 are identical.
It allows both panels could be assembled together.
By this way is obtained a new architectural appearance.
